Beschrijving

1-jarige plant uit de anjerfamilie kan voorkomen in het rivierengebied. Bolderik wordt ook in eenjarige bloemenweiden uitgezaaid en in siertuinen gekweekt.

Vroeger stond bolderik ook tussen de graanvelden en werd toen graanroosje genoemd. Vanwege het giftige zaad komt die niet meer voor in de graanvelden.

Zaai in april.

Bloeit in juli en augustus met roze witte bloemen, hoogte 70 – 100 cm

Bloemev van bolderik zijn eetbaar

Het zaad en de rest van de plant is giftig

Wilde bijen- en vlinderplant, medicinale plant

Een zadenzakje bevat ruim 25 zaden.
