Beschrijving

Grote zomer- en herfstradijssoort.

Het bovengrondse deel van de knollen is knalrood, onder de grond is die lichtroze van kleur.

De knol heeft een typische zachte en volle radijssmaak en is vers gesneden in dunne schijfjes (ijswater), heerlijk bij roerbak-gerechten en in soepen.

Zaai tussen februari tot augustus.

Plantafstand 15 cm

Oogst als de radijs 10 cm groot is.

Een zadenzakje bevat 15 zaden
